Gudarrà comes from the local dialect word for “enjoy”. The name refers to the intense taste of this wine. Gudarrà is a complex wine with a strong character and youthful vitality.

After 15/25 days of traditional maceration over the skins in small temperature regulated fermentation vats with daily pressing, the wine is allowed to rest for 12 in new barriques.
